- Return Policy
●Return Period
You can apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the product. If it exceeds 30 days, we will not be able to accept the return application.
●Return Conditions
○The product must be kept in a new, unused state, and the packaging must not be damaged.
○The original label and all accessories should be included in the packaging.
●Return Application
To apply for a return, please contact us by email: international.trade@ragmire.com. Please include your order number and reason for return so that we can process it faster.
●Return Process
○Once we approve your return application, you will receive the return address and further instructions.
○Please make sure to return the item using a trackable shipping method so that we can confirm it in time after receipt.
●Return Fees
Unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly, our customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that the original shipping costs are not refundable. - Exchange Policy
●Exchange Conditions
○All exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
○The product must be in new, unused condition, and the packaging must not be damaged.
●Application for Exchange
Please contact us via email: international.trade@ragmire.com, providing your order number and exchange details.
●Exchange Process
○Once we approve your exchange request, you will receive exchange instructions and the return address for the goods.
○Exchange requests are only made if the stock is available. - Refund Processing
●Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the return conditions, the refund will be processed within 5 working days and the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
●If you are applying for an exchange and we confirm that the product is available, you will receive the new product before payment. - Statement
